Shipping Policy

 UK delivery is currently FREE of charge, no minimum order value.

* International orders of £100 or over will be sent out with FREE delivery- The method of posting used is a signed for, international service by Royal Mail. International orders of under £100 is charged at a variable rate, depending on the country the jewellery is being shipped to. For more information, please refer to our delivery terms and conditions, or get in touch for specific country delivery costs.

* U.K orders will be sent out via Royal Mail signed for.

* Every item of our jewellery is delivered to you beautifully presented in our own beautiful packaging. For more information on how your item will be packaged, for example if it is a gift, please do get in touch and we will be happy to advise. Additional boxes and gift bags can also be purchased.

* Items can be returned to us for a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods, providing the goods are in an unopened, unworn condition with original packaging. After this time has exceeded, you will be issued with a credit note, for up to 28 days.

* Refunds will be minus postage and packaging, where paid.

* No bespoke manufactured items can be returned for a refund.

* Earrings are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
